Local charities are set to benefit from a three-hour fundraising Zumba party.
The 'Zumbathon' event will be held at the Holiday Inn near Norwich airport on Saturday, from 10am September 10 in aid of East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and Afghan Heroes.
All competitors are urged to raise funds for the two charities with a donation of 8 each.
Laura Newbury, who has organised the event, said: 'I'm really lucky to be able to teach Zumba, it is such a fun and exhilarating exercise and people love to take part in the classes especially while raising money for two great charities.
'Both charities are close to my heart and I hope to raise as much as possible on the day.'
Jess Hiscocks, EACH Fundraiser, added: 'Exercise in disguise sounds like a great idea - so sign-up for the 'Zumbathon' today!'
