Wildlife images which have featured in the Norwich Evening News' monthly photography feature have gone on public display at a city café.

Photographer Jonathan Lewis is exhibiting his work at the Expresso Café, on St George's Street, until the end of March.

There will be 14 pictures on show, including local birds and animal life – but the display is likely to evolve as customers will be able to buy limited edition prints of their favourite image.

Mr Lewis, who runs Norfolk Wildlife Photography, based outside Norwich, said: 'They are almost all Norfolk animals – I have got barn owls, foxes and kingfishers, and the photographs have all been taken during the last year.

'It is just nice for people to see them while they're out shopping or having a coffee. These are some of my favourite shots from the last year, so some of them will definitely have been in my Norwich Evening News articles. They look so different when they're printed and hung on the wall, so its great to see them in a different light.

'I was contacted by the cafe and they said they were looking for something different. It was a great opportunity for me.'
