Students from four high schools will learn about recruitment and put their skills to the test at a mock assessment day.

More than 30 students from Framingham Earl High School, Wymondham College, Fakenham Academy and Archbishop Sancroft High School will spend at day at Jarrold Training in Norwich on January 10, taking part in group discussions, interviews, presentations and problem solving tasks.

On the day – organised by Jarrold Training with South Norfolk District Council – the students will be observed by and receive feedback from volunteer assessors from the New Anglia Enterprise Adviser Network.

Business development and management trainer at Jarrold Training Elliot Symonds said: 'This will be a challenging but fun day for the students. It's a great way for them to learn more about the realities of applying for and getting a job.'

Volunteer advisors from Arnolds Keys, Edmundson Electrical, New Anglia LEP, Reef Recruitment and others will help on the day.
