A female bus driver was the victim of an attempted robbery yesterday as she drove through Bowthorpe.
A man boarded the number 21/22 bus at the junction of Bishy Barnebee Way and Dodderman Way at about 4.55pm, and unsuccessfully demanded money from the driver.
The bus was travelling from the hospital to the City Centre via Bowthorpe at the time.
The robber was white, about 20-years-old, and was wearing a blue and grey hooded top and jeans.
