The East Anglian Air Ambulance was scrambled to help treat a rider who had fallen off his horse over the weekend.
The man, who has not been named, fell at Great Melton, near Hethersett, on Saturday.
The medical crew from Anglia One were called to the incident and landed in a field nearby to assist the fallen rider who has sustained a back injury.
The medical team assisted the land crew with the patient and moved him to the ambulance where he was then transported to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by road for further assessment and treatment.
