A man has been charged after a stabbing in a quiet village in the Norfolk Broads left a man seriously injured.
Police were called to Ferry Road in Langley at 10.01pm on Saturday following reports that a man had been stabbed close to the Beauchamp Arms pub.
Emergency services attended the scene including ambulance and air ambulance crews.
The victim, who is in his 20s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital by road, where he remains.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and two women in their 20s and 30s were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
All three were taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Jordan Brady, 30, of Bridge Street, Loddon, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed article, namely a knife.
He has been remanded in custody and appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court this morning.
The two women have since been released on bail until December 13.
Brady has been released on court bail and is due in court on October 12.
