A Lord of the Rings-themed dining experience at a Norwich pub sold out within hours of being announced.
Britons Arms, located at the top of Elm Hill, will host the fantasy-inspired evening on September 25 - and already it has a "packed" cancellation list.
The menu will feature dishes inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s beloved novels, including Lambas bread and wild mushroom casserole with herb dumplings, as fans are transported to the world of Middle Earth.

Richard Ellis, owner of Britons Arms, said: "We have been incredibly excited by the response to this menu, we thought it would be fun and we are glad so many people share that enthusiasm with us.
"No one here can wait for the end of the month, we are chomping at the bit to get these dishes on to plates and share our love for this amazing story with like minded people."

Mr Ellis has run Britons Arms since November 2021, following the retirement of Gilly Mixer and Sue Skipper, who managed the venue for 40 years.
While costumes are optional, the team hopes to see guests arrive dressed as hobbits or elves to complete the immersive Middle-earth experience.
