A man has been charged with being drunk and disorderly following an incident in Norwich city centre.
Adam Pollard, 34, of no fixed address, was arrested in Haymarket and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on September 15.
A second man, aged in his 40s, was issued with a section 35 notice requiring him to leave the area.
It follows a troublesome few weeks in the area.
On Tuesday night, a group broke into the Cornish Bakehouse and stole stock from the eatery.
Police are continuing to look for suspects.
Last week, three teenage girls were arrested on suspicion of assault.
The victim was taken to hospital but has since been released.
Earlier this year, a balaclava-clad group of youths were seen assaulting a fellow teenager with a baseball bat.
The incident, which was caught on camera, evoked widespread calls for a stronger policing presence in the area.
