Drone footage taken over a construction site where the city's first Costco is being built shows the impressive progress contractors are making.
Workmen for RG Carter, which is working on behalf of the global American wholesaler, have already begun laying foundations for the retail site in Postwick, according to dramatic drone footage taken by CJB Drone Videography.
The footage shows more than a dozen construction vehicles on the site for the 140,000 square feet warehouse while there will also be a petrol station built as part of the scheme.
The large store will be the American wholesaler's first in Norfolk and will have products aimed at business owners in Norwich and operate on a membership-only basis.
RG Carter began working on the warehouse in May this year and is set to finish by the spring of 2027.
But Costco bosses are yet to reveal when the store will actually be opening, saying specific dates can be affected by construction schedules and other requirements.
Costco has 29 locations across the UK but the closest is currently 100 miles away in Stevenage.
