A therapy provider is launching affordable support options for neurodivergent adults.
Tribe Therapy Services, founded by Karen Newell, is starting a weekly community group in Wymondham for autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent adults.
The group, running every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Rothbury Community Hall, offers a space for socialising, arts, crafts, games and discussions, all for £10 per session.
A therapist, neurodivergent coach and artist will be present to assist.
The group aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing among the neurodivergent community.
Ms Newell, who is neurodivergent herself, said: "All I hear from these parents is the sheer loneliness they face."
The Community Connection Group launches on Tuesday June 30, 2026.
In addition, Ms Newell is providing 45-minute online therapy sessions for £10 on Monday and Thursday evenings via FaceTime.
This initiative seeks to remove the financial barriers often faced by those seeking private therapy.
Ms Newell hopes these initiatives will encourage more people to seek support earlier and improve emotional wellbeing.
