A former restaurant is set to go under the hammer again less than a year after it was sold to a new owner.
The grade II listed Erpingham House sits just a stone's throw from Norwich Cathedral in Tombland.
It used to be home to a stylish, plant-based restaurant which was visited by stars such as John Travolta and Alan Carr.
The site was bought by its current owner, who planned to redevelop the site, in December last year.
However, plans for the venue have not progressed and the building is now back up for sale with a guide price of £325,000.
The agents marketing the property, Auction House East Anglia said: "Architectural plans were subsequently commissioned; however, the scheme has not been progressed, creating an excellent opportunity for an incoming purchaser to implement their own vision, subject to all necessary consents.
"There is also potential for residential conversion of the upper floors, subject to obtaining the appropriate planning permissions and listed building consents."
The restaurant closed its doors in 2023.
