A teenage cyclist was taken to hospital after a collision with a grey car in Norwich.
The incident happened at around 3pm on June 1 at the junction of Ipswich Road and Marston Lane.
The driver stopped at the scene, but left without exchanging details.
Police are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage.
