A dog walker is going the extra mile completing a series of challenges to help as many rescue animals as possible.
Charlotte Atkinson, who lives in Rackheath, has teamed up with her sister and work colleague to test her fitness in a variety of activities over the next year.
The 43-year-old, who has worked in children services for 16 years, set up Charlotte's Little Paws, a dog-walking business in Norwich, as a "side hustle" a year ago.

After seeing puppies bring people together, she has committed to 10 fitness-based challenges to fundraise for F.A.I.T.H Animal Rescue.
She said: “I love my job working in a children's home but the cost of living is so expensive.
“I decided to set up a dog walking business a year ago.
“I started walking with customers that have rescue animals and I loved seeing the dogs get more confident.

"I want to raise as much awareness for F.A.I.T.H. and I felt one challenge wasn't enough.
“I will be doing the 10 challenges over the next year alongside my work colleague, Claire, and my sister, Angie."
Miss Atkinson set out to paddleboard six miles over the weekend from Whitlingham County Park to the city and back on the River Yare.
She said: “I’ve got two paddleboards and six bikes, I love fitness.
“In August, I’m doing a 50 mile cycle.
“So far, I have completed the Yorkshire three peaks challenge and a 22 mile Norfolk Coastal walk.
“My family are massively supportive.
“I have two step-children.
“The youngest will be joining in with some of the challenges."
Miss Atkinson has raised £345 so far on her JustGiving page for the independent animal rescue based in Hickling.
