Tributes have continued to pour in for a beloved entrepreneur and family man who died suddenly aged 43.
James Hodds, of Blofield, was known as the face of Waveney Campers before his passing on Wednesday, February 18.
Born in Great Yarmouth, Mr Hodds was married to Zeenat and father to daughter Danyelle and son Cameron.
More recently, he had become a father-in-law to Kallem and grandfather to one-year-old Ajax.
Since his death, dozens of colleagues and friends have paid tribute to him, sharing their condolences with his loved ones.
Todd Lake, a customer of Mr Hodds, said: “I only met James a few times in our quest for a Campervan, and went for a hire in 2025... But James always provided the best customer service.
“Nothing was ever too much trouble... Wishing his family best wishes.”
Colleague Ricky Emblem said: “James, taken far too soon. It’s been a privilege to work alongside you and call you a friend. Our days were full of hard work and plenty of banter, and I’ll truly miss both. A huge loss to everyone who knew you. Rest easy, mate.”
Couple Peter and Janine Doidge added: “James was a great guy so full of life and enthusiasm. He always made me smile and brighten up the day with great banter. A great guy taken so early.”
Caroline Pritchard, who had first met Mr Hodds at church in Dereham, added he was “a good friendly man".
While Jamie Lewis described him simply as “definitely one of the good guys in life”.
One other said he was “the heart and soul of Waveney Campers” and would be "missed by so many people”.
A post on the Waveney Campers Facebook page announcing his death garnered 250 comments.
