A Norwich-based drag queen was invited on stage to perform in front of 22,000 people by a superstar singer.
Graham McDermott-Wood, who performs drag as Lucy Loose, moved to Norwich six years ago and is a regular at the Catherine Wheel in St Augustines Street.
Now the performer, who is currently in the process of applying to be on the next season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, has officially gone global after being called on stage by Katy Perry.
The singer, known for her number one hits such as I Kissed a Girl and Firework, pulled Mr McDermott-Wood from the crowd during her gig at the AO Arena in Manchester on Wednesday.
"I'm a massive Katy Perry fan and my husband got us the tickets for Christmas, so I was like 'oh my god, we have to get dressed up, it's Katy Perry," he said.

"But [my husband] was reluctant and said you're not working tonight, have a night out and leave Lucy at home, come out as Graham."
He still chose to get dressed up in full drag for the big night, flaunting a handmade outfit.
That is when the artist caught the attention of Perry's manager while having a drink at the bar, who asked if they would like to come up on stage during the show.
"All of a sudden Katy Perry just said, 'right, you diva, get up here now.' And before I knew it, I was standing on stage in front of 22,000 people.

Mr McDermott-Wood said the buzz from being on stage with Katy Perry was "incredible".
"She came over and talked to me, and then asked where people can find me, and I said I'm from Norwich and that I'm currently auditioning for Drag Race season eight.
"And then she went, 'well, you're going to do some of your audition now' and shouted at her band to play Swish Swish and said, 'the stage is yours, the crowd is yours, entertain them.'
"So I had to perform a number as well, which was totally unplanned. The buzz from it was just incredible."
Perry even followed the drag star on Instagram after the show, resharing some photos, all while rooting for him to bag a spot on the next season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
"It was so good, but from when that happened until the end of the concert, I don't remember anything because it was such a blur," Mr McDermott-Wood added.
"Security had to escort me and my husband out of the venue because there were so many people coming up for pictures!"
