A city woman has vented her frustration at a taxi firm Veezu claiming she has been refused entry onto their vehicles because she uses an electric wheelchair.
Charlotte Toye, who has a number of life-altering conditions, relies on taxis and buses to get her to various medical appointments.
The 27-year-old, who lives in Heartsease, said: "I have to use my chair all the time because I can barely walk around the house."

But for the last two years, Charlotte claims that when she has called to book a taxi with Veezu, her request has been declined because she has to bring her electric wheelchair with her.
She said: "It can come apart very easily but when I've called and told them this, they just straight up refused."
She has also said she has tried other taxi services with the same request.

But Veezu say they have not declined any of Charlotte's trips and the ones in question were journeys she did not go through with because of the length of wait times.
They say it is instead related to the time during which she makes the request.
A Veezu spokesperson said: "We're proud to have had Charlotte as our customer on multiple occasions, and we hope she continues to make bookings with us.
"We understand how important reliable transport is, particularly for passengers who rely on mobility support, and we are always working to make sure those needs are met.

"We are sorry that Charlotte has felt let down when trying to book with us.
"While demand during busy periods can sometimes mean longer waiting times, this is not related to a passenger's accessibility requirements.
"Driver-partners on our system are able to take bookings from passengers who use electric wheelchairs, provided the chair can be stored safely and securely in the boot.
"We encourage all passengers to share feedback to help us continue delivering the highest standards of service."
