Developers of posh riverside flats say they have made improvements to the site after people living there complained about a lack of security and frequent power cuts.
Orbit Homes, which built St Anne’s Quarter at Riverside, said it has carried out the work in response to concerns from flat owners who lashed out at them earlier this year.
Neighbours in the 86 apartments were frustrated by a "total lack of assistance" from Orbit Homes at the time after calls to fix the problems at the complex in March.
The complaints included a broken security gate, which allowed people to break into the grounds and vandalise the building, a malfunctioning alarm system and power cuts.
Since venting their frustration, Orbit Homes says it has made some changes.
A spokesman for the company said the National Grid had restored power after a surge on the main supply, which caused a short power cut at St Anne's and the surrounding area.
The spokesman said: "We have not been made aware of any further power cuts since."
The security gate has also been repaired and additional security measures have been put in place to help prevent the breaks to the locks from happening again, both to this gate and all other locks in the building.

Orbit Homes has also consulted with its tenants and confirmed it will be installing additional CCTV around the property.
There are also other works still to be completed.
When it comes to the fire alarm, the developer says it is "continuing to upgrade the fire alarm system alarms", which it expects to completed by July.
The spokesman said: "We encourage residents to raise any concerns directly with us and remain in frequent contact with them through a fortnightly improvements bulletin which we publish on a dedicated webpage for the scheme, along with regular face-to-face meetings."
