Bungalows to be built next to the Bell Inn Barnham Broom

The application is for the detached bungalows, a three-bed and a four-bed, to be built in land adjacent to the Bell Inn Barnham Broom along Bell Road.

The land is currently made up of a garden space and car park, with some of it vacant.

The site plan, submitted by agents Lucas and Western Architects on behalf of the applicant, Lisa Oakey - the landlady - was submitted to Broadland District Council this week.

It shows the gravel access road will remain, leading up to the two bungalows with space for two cars each and a garden space to the rear.

The pub's existing car park area and garden space will be retained.

Those wishing to comment on the new application have until February 11, with an internal recommendation date by the case officer of March 17.
