A popular jewellery stall specialising in "unique" pieces in Norwich Market has moved to a bigger location.

Raw Gemstone Jewellery has opened in stall 139 after two months of renovations.

Business owner Sophie Daniels, 43, said: "This is a fresh start in a new location.

"This is our chance to set down our roots and open a proper shop for people to visit."

Frank, a former general purpose builder, designed and built the stall, drawing inspiration from the Victorian era to help create the feel of a London Jeweller from time gone by.

The opening last week went down a storm, with several customers choosing to wait more than 45 minutes to be seen due to the demand.

"It is a very personal business and it was lovely to see some of our repeat customers.

"It is a really exciting prospect for us to be running a business as a family.

"It has been a dream."

All of the gems used are also ethically sourced and fair trade.

The stall also has a range of real leaf pieces, in which leaves are covered in a special metal liquid and preserved in the form of jewellery.
