A former pub-turned-guesthouse has hit the market for just shy of £1m.
Formerly the 130-year-old Quebec Tavern, the now converted bed and breakfast is on the market for £985,000.
Located at the junction of Quebec Road and Wolfe Road in Thorpe Hamlet, the hotel has been advertised as a 12-room guesthouse or house of multiple occupancy (HMO).
According to the advert on Rightbiz, the business has an annual turnover of £98,000 and is being sold as a going concern.
This is the second time in two years that the site has gone up for sale.
Plans to turn the former pub into a B&B were approved in February 2018 and it was fully refurbished to a high standard soon afterwards.
The Quebec Tavern opened in 1886 under landlord John Steward and had 20 generations of landlords in its history.
Felix and Lisa Snell were the people at the helm of the Quebec from 2005 until its closure in February 2016.
