A man has been arrested after a two-vehicle crash in a busy city road.
Emergency services including ambulance and fire were called to Unthank Road, near the junction with Colman Road, at 8.10pm following reports of the collision.
The road was closed and a man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

He was taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and remains there today.
The road reopened at around 10.45pm.
The extent of any injuries currently remains unknown but the East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
