The owners of an X-rated adult shop have kept their work secret for FIVE YEARS.

John Thomas Toys near Norwich is on the market for £850,000.

The business specialises in distributing adult toys around the UK and has built a following of more than 65,000 people on Twitter.

One of the owners said: "My husband's plan from the start was to start a business that he could sell on so that we can have an early retirement.

"We've had it for just over five years and it has grown really quickly.

"Our products are made using top-grade silicone.

"Many of our customers are repeat and we are constantly releasing new products.

"We also offer one of the best size ranges you can get in the industry."

One of their products recently featured in Getting Filthy Rich on ITV2, an investigative series that spotlights young entrepreneurs making a fortune selling sexual content.

"We were really excited when one of our influencers - Baby Char - reached out to say that some of our products were going to be on TV," said the owners.

More than 100 influencers help promote the products to an audience of nearly 5 million people. 

The owners say the business is widely known in the industry for its promotional work, sales and regular product releases.
