A man in his late teens has been arrested on suspicion of theft and burglary in Norwich.
Police were called to Northcote Road at 2.45am today following reports of two people acting suspiciously in an alleyway.

Once at the scene, officers arrested the teenager on suspicion of theft and burglary.
A local resident, who did not wish to be named, reported hearing the officers shouting in the street, and described the scene as "chaos".
He was taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning, where he remains.
