Drivers are facing diversions around Thorpe St Andrew due to resurfacing works.
Part of Spinney Road, close to the Thunder Lane junction, is closed until tomorrow.
Traffic is being diverted along Thunder Lane, the Ring Road, Laundry Lane and South Hill Road before re-joining at the other end of Spinney Road.
The First Bus Red Line, services 24, 24A and 24B, is being rerouted as a result.
Services from Norwich will reach Thunder Lane but, instead of following Spinney Road, will run via the Ring Road and Laundry Lane to pick up their routes via Booty Road or Laundry Lane.
