A city centre office in a former print hall has been put on the rental market.

The space used to house the printers for the Norwich Evening News and Eastern Daily Press.

Prospect House, owned by Alan Boswell, is still home to many Newsquest titles as well as other businesses such as Larking Gowen, Nicholsons Solicitors and McTear, Williams & Wood.

It is being marketed as a 10-year lease by Norwich-based agents Arnolds Keys.
