An incident at a bank in Norwich sparked a large police response in the city centre.

Two individuals were seen being interrogated by officers outside the Halifax bank in Gentleman's Walk.

Officers were called to the incident of suspected fraud shortly after 4.30pm on Monday and four police cars were spotted in the area.

At the scene, no arrests were made with "enquiries ongoing".

Later that evening a woman in her 20s, involved in the incident, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

She was taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning but was later released after her alcohol level tested below the legal limit.
