A business is expanding and opening a new city centre shop to offer "something new for Norwich".

Regen Clinic was founded in London by Dr Chris Lalemi in 2019 before the 31-year-old moved to Norwich in August 2020 to start his surgical training.

The clinic, currently occupying a room at Larissa's Hair and Beauty salon in Calvert Street, is moving into its own venue in King Street and will be opening soon.

Chris said: "I love Norwich and wanted to stay here - I met my now fiance here - so it's great to be expanding the business.

"I saw the building advertised on a Sunday and viewed it Monday - it was just the right place and right time for me.

"Refurbishment then started in February and while there's been some ups and downs it's gone really well on the whole.

"It will be ready for a soft launch on May 16 and then we'll have an official launch party in mid-July."

He'll also be joined by two new staff who specialise in Japanese hair massages and bespoke facials.

"I want my clients and patients to feel like they've been transported to a sunny spa retreat and be able to relax, but have it in the city" he added.

"I'm very excited to be bringing something new to the city and provide that bespoke, luxury, feel.

"I hope in the future I'll be able to open up more clinics around the city."

Regen Clinic has moved into the former Caspian kebab takeaway and sits between the Simper Law office and the newly-opened Bier Draak bar.
