A growing village school has been told its pupils thrive in its latest Ofsted inspection.
Hethersett VC Primary School was visited by inspectors in February, in its first assessment since transitioning from a junior school to a primary.
Inspectors said the school was "highly ambitious", with high expectations for the behaviour of its pupils.
The school, which converted into a primary in 2019 - two years after its last inspection - was given an overall rating of good, with the personal development of pupils rated as outstanding.
In 2021, it also saw a £3m extension built as it continued to expand.
Matthew Parslow-Williams, headteacher at the school, said: "The entire school community is thrilled with the recognition in our amazing Ofsted report.
"During the two-day inspection, our school's outstanding work stood out.
"We provide an environment where pupils thrive, thanks to the diverse range of activities we offer - they gain a well-rounded and rich school experience.
"Despite the challenges posed by transitioning from a junior school to a primary in recent years, our entire school community rallied together.
"Our pupils are nothing short of amazing."
