Fire crews were dealing with a 'large scale incident' in a Norwich suburb.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service warned people in Sprowston to keep their windows and doors closed as the situation developed.
A fire service spokeswoman said crews were called to a commercial building fire in Dibden Road at 3.55pm.
More than six engines were in attendance and the stop message was received at 4.50pm.
The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
