A car dealership group has launched a new customer service centre in Norwich.

Holden Group represents Dacia, Honda, Kia, MG, Renault, Seat and Volvo across East Anglia.

Its new Care Hub, in Heigham Street, will streamline enquiries from customers of all of the above dealerships by recruiting a centralised team.

Queries about everything from vehicle maintenance and managing service to scheduling MOT appointments will be directed to the hub.
