An air ambulance was called to the city after a crash involving a car and a bus.
Police received reports of the crash in Grapes Hill just before 9pm on Thursday.
An East Anglian Air Ambulance, an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle attended the scene.
Three fire crews from Carrow, Earlham and Sprowston were also called to the incident at 9.03pm.
The scene was made safe and medical assistance was provided, no one was required to be taken to hospital.
