A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a woman was injured during an argument.
Police were called to reports of an incident at Suffolk Square in Norwich at 4.48pm on Tuesday.
A man and woman were involved in a verbal altercation when the woman was assaulted receiving injuries to her neck and face.
The man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with the incident and was interviewed at Wymondham Police Station where he has been released on bail until April 24.
