The Gull Inn pub off the A146 near Norwich up for auction

The Gull Inn off the A146 in Framingham Pigot, which dates back to the reign of King George III, is going under the hammer with Bonde Wolfe.  

The pub, which includes original features such as a timber doorcase and sash windows, has been closed since September.

James Mattin, managing director of Bond Wolfe, said: “Although its interior is largely late 20th century in character, it has some wonderful features such as exposed beams and the original central fireplace, which have helped to earn it a Grade II listing."

The ground floor features a bar, a 210-cover restaurant, a commercial kitchen and toilets.

On the first floor is a further dining area, office and roof terrace, along with a manager's flat which has three bedrooms, a bathroom, storeroom and reception room. 

The Gull Inn will appear alongside 191 other lots in the Bond Wolfe auction on March 27 at 8.30am.
