A new pizza van has been launched by a local bar hire and events catering business in Norwich.

Crabb & Fox Mobile Bar Hire, run by Stuart Crabb and his wife Hannah Fox, has swapped out its trailer for a new van to allow the pair to introduce wood-fired pizzas to the menu.

Starting the revamp from scratch, the new van called The Crabb & Fox Pizza Box has been installed with two wood-fired ovens for cooking freshly made pizzas.

Mr Crabb said: "I decided to add pizzas to the bar business as we wanted to offer a food option and who doesn't love pizza?

"You just can't beat a freshly made wood-fired pizza and pizza and a pint is the perfect combo so it just made sense."

All the pizzas are hand-stretched and take as little as 90 seconds to cook.

The new pizza van will also be installed with beer taps serving pints from the local Lacons brewery.

The Crabb & Fox Pizza Box will be outside The Forum in Norwich for a wedding show this Sunday and is also running a competition on its Facebook page to win a buffet of 50 free pizzas.
