Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a row in Norwich.
The incident happened on February 1, at around 11.25am, when a man approached the victim inside his car in Romany Road.
The man then began a verbal altercation with the victim before breaking his wing mirror.

Police issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident of criminal damage.
The man was later identified.
