A huge inflatable obstacle course that tours the UK is coming back to Norfolk and it promises to be "bigger, bouncier and better than ever before".
The Inflatable 5K will be at the Norfolk Showground, on the outskirts of Norwich, on Saturday, October 12 2024.
There are 32 obstacles to tackle across the most popular 5km distance, including Swing Shot, Duck 'n' Dive and The Vortex.

There will also be five pumping music zones to motivate you along the route.
All abilities are welcome and there is the choice of a 2.5km, 5km, 10km or 15km distance, which will involve doing extra laps of the course.
The minimum age to take part is five and one participating adult aged 16+ can supervise up to three children aged 15 and under.

Tickets start at £19 for children aged 5-15 and £29 for adults aged 16+ at ukrunningevents.co.uk
The ticket price includes a medal, gift and a drink at the end of the course.
Parking on the day at the Norfolk Showground is charged at £5 per car.
