From food to fitness, Norwich has seen an influx of new festivals and events coming to the city.
Here a five festivals that are launching in Norwich in 2024.
1) Save the Rave
The 90s festival, billed as the biggest event of its kind in the UK, is heading to Earlham Park on August 3.
The over-18s event will include the biggest tracks from Fatboy Slim, Ultra Nate, Faithless, Baby D, Livin’ Joy and The Chemical Brothers.
Attendees can also expect pop-up gin and prosecco bars, street food trucks and plenty of anthems.
2) Epic Food Festival
A new food festival serving up flavours from all over the world is launching at Epic Studios.
The team from the Love Norwich Food blog has partnered with the venue to launch the festival on March 29.
The event is set to showcase local street food kitchens serving up flavours from Trinidad to the Philippines.
3) The Norwich Fitness Festival
Norwich's newest fitness festival is heading to Earlham Park this summer, celebrating some of the city's fitness firms.
The event, which takes place on June 1, plans to have three showcase stages, with classes and talks from some of Norwich's best wellbeing experts.
It will also have a range of stalls and shops with clothing, health clinics, food and more.
4) Uptown Festival
The event, launched in London, is expanding to Norwich for the first time this summer.
The festival has chart-topping 80s headliner Ali Campbell, who is the former lead singer of UB40, and his band.
The family-friendly event will take place on June 9 from 1pm until 10pm.
5) LoomFest
Hosted by The Weavers Arms, LoomFest aims to celebrate local food, drinks and music.
Launched by Friends George Colley and Natty Crothers, the pair run Yard in Pottergate with Mr Colley also owning Brick Pizza next to Norwich Market.
The event, running from August 2 to August 4, will feature live bands, DJs, tap takeovers, a beer tent hosting local breweries and pop-ups from foodie businesses.
