A new city coffee shop will soon be opening its doors to customers with an international spin on its food.

The former gospel house in Dereham Road was home to a rage room until recently but has been taken over by the owner of the shop next door, who hopes to attract a new kind of clientele with a bevvy of fresh food and authentic Albanian pastries.

Edi Gashi, who has owned Eagle Mini Mart and Off Licence for the last three years next door, bought the neighbouring building and has spent the last eight months turning it into Eagle's Coffee Bar.
