An event designed to help anyone from renters looking to own their first home, to current owners looking to relocate, is being held at a new city estate.

Located next to Broadland Business Park, near Postwick, work is already well under way on 315 homes at The Oaks development.

Full planning permission was granted by Broadland District Council in April 2021, along with outline permission for an additional 205 homes.

There is a range of homes, comprising of three, four and five-bedroom homes near the NDR, where prices range from £280,000 to £465,000.

The Tillet Way event will take place this weekend, on January 27 and 28, from 10am to 5pm.

Attendees will be able to speak to the Allison Homes sales team and independent financial experts.

An example of one of the properties is The Cyprus, for £350,000 which is a four-bed home spread over three floors.

The kitchen sits at the front of the house while the living room area is located at the rear.

Two of the four bedrooms are found on the first floor with a large main bedroom - with ensuite - while the second floor is home to another double bedroom with ensuite and a single bedroom which can be turned into an office or study.
