A man has been charged in connection with thefts from shops across the city.
It follows four incidents between December 22 and January 9 where items including coffee and meat products were reported stolen.
Carl Westfield, 46, was charged with four counts of theft from a shop.
Westfield, of Earlham Grove in Norwich, appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on January 13 and was remanded into custody.
His next court appearance will be on February 1.
