A huge emergency service presence was seen in a Norwich road overnight.
A number of police cars were spotted in Lefroy Road in the city during the early hours of Sunday morning.
An eyewitness said they saw around 13 police cars and a fire engine at the scene.
A spokesman for Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said appliances from Sprowston and Earlham including their aerial ladder platform assisted the police on Lefroy Road.
The nature of the incident is not yet clear but Norfolk Police has been approached for a comment.
