There is a major police presence in a city estate this evening.
Emergency services including ambulance and fire crews are at the scene.
FULL STORY: Negotiator was part of major police presence that ended in man’s arrest
An eyewitness has reported that Walcot Close, in the Clover Hill area of Bowthorpe, has been cordoned off and that several police vans and cars are at the scene.
The nature of the incident is not yet clear. Norfolk Police and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for more information.
