A Scout group is on the lookout for a patch of land to build a home of its own.

The 1st Salhouse Scouts are hoping to find a landowner who can donate at least one acre that could be built on.

The group is currently based in the Jubilee Village Hall but hopes to build a new, purpose-built hut as they feel the current shared location is unsuitable.

Jackie Rose, Group Scout Leader for 1st Salhouse Scouts, said: “When you go into a Scout hut, it should resemble a Scout hut.
