A Norwich man has been sentenced to one year in prison after more than 100 cannabis plants were seized at his home.
Sadik Cupi, 38, of Stevenson Road, pleaded guilty to the production of cannabis and theft of electricity at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, November 20.
He was arrested at his home on Friday, June 2, after a search found 122 cannabis plants alongside growing equipment, three mobile phones and a small amount of cash.
Cupi was sentenced to one year in prison for his crimes.
PC Lewis George said: “We work tirelessly to disrupt organised criminal activity and to remove drugs from the streets of Norfolk.
“We hope this sentence serves as a reassurance to the local community that we will continue to make their area a safer place to live.”
