From pigeon to partridge, a historic Norwich restaurant will serve up a seven-course game feast this month.
The Britons Arms in Elm Hill is hosting a supper club to celebrate the game season on Friday, November 17.
Chef-proprietor Richard Ellis has created a special menu, which includes pigeon, rabbit, venison, pheasant and partridge.

He said: "Winter is when hearty game dishes really come into their own and we have been looking forward to the colder weather so that we can put on a special game night.
"Everyone will sit down together in our cosy, historic restaurant and enjoy the very best of Norfolk wild produce.”
The courses include pigeon breast with Jerusalem artichoke, hazel and chilli and partridge breast with bread sauce, turnips, swede mash, pickled roots and plum jus.

Tickets cost £55pp, including coffee and shortbread, and all dishes are available gluten-free, with wine, beer and cider also available at the restaurant.

The Britons Arms will also serve mulled wine and mince pies for the Norwich Christmas lights switch-on from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday, November 16.
