A midwife from Norwich is swapping birthing for Botox as she opens her second beauty clinic.
Zoe Harvey, a trained midwife who works as a home-birth specialist, is fulfilling a lifelong dream of running her own business and opening a new aesthetics clinic in Norwich.
The new location on St Giles Street will offer various cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, under Ms Harvey’s brand name Harvey Aesthetics.
This will be the second clinic opened by the midwife, with one already welcoming patients in Newmarket.
Ms Harvey, who is a level 5 qualified aesthetic practitioner and is currently studying for her level 7 qualification at the Harley Academy in London, said her priority is patient safety and “managing expectations” about the procedures she offers.
She said: “For me, the most important part of the process is the consultation because that’s where you can make sure people know exactly what to expect.
“The fact is these treatments won’t change your life, they’re just there to boost confidence, and it’s really important to me that people understand that.”
