A chart-topping, UK-signed singer is coming to Norwich as part of a nationwide tour next year. 

Tom Walker, who reached the number-one spot with his debut album and single Leave A Light On in 2019, will play at the UEA in May to promote his new record, I Am, releasing on May 31.

Tom has sold more than three million albums worldwide and has racked up hundreds of millions of streams on music services.

He said of his new album: "I Am is a culmination of me trying to figure out who I am for the last four years.

"This record is a snapshot of what's been going on in my life, and what's been happening around me – what's made me happy or sad, ecstatic or miserable.

"I will die for these songs. It’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt like that.

"You’ve got to ignore what everyone else wants from you, and you’ve got to back yourself."

Tom will also be appearing on "Later" with Jools Holland on November 11 where he will be performing "Burn" and "Freaking Out".
