A popular city centre restaurant and nightclub is celebrating Halloween by putting up a 25-foot marshmallow man on its roof.

Gonzo's Tea Room, in London Street, has placed an inflatable of the well-known Ghostbusters villain on the top of its building.

It will remain there until the day after Halloween.

The inflatable was put up by the Norfolk Ghostbusters group, which will support the nightclub's Halloween event taking place on October 31.

The figure has previously been at the Ocean Room in Gorleston and Castle Quarter in Norwich where it helped raise money for East Anglia's children's hospice.

During the past two years, the team has raised over £2,000 for charity and is looking to raise even more.

The team said they have "gone from strength to strength as we are a relatively new group as just turned two recently"

They added: "Getting the interaction from the public having children and adults alike leave with a smile on their faces" is why the group does this.

The team is encouraging people to take photos with the figure and post them to social media using the #NorfolkGhostbusters.
