A busy Norwich road was sealed off by police this morning.
The nature of the incident is unknown at this time, but police officers were seen at the junction of Hall Road and Southwell Road.

Part of the pavement was cordoned off by blue police tape but it has now been removed.
An eyewitness reported seeing a man being arrested by police last night at around 8pm.
Norfolk police have been contacted for further information.
