From trails to tasting events, Norwich Cocktail Week is the perfect excuse to head into the city centre for a drink. 

The annual event is now under way and it runs until Sunday, October 22, with 40 bars and restaurants each offering a special drink for £7.50 or less. 

There is also a range of events, including the Cocktail Exhibition and Championships at The Bowling House on Monday, October 16 from 5pm with free entry.

Seven trails are running across the city, with the chance to win a Mindful Mixology cocktail box.

The event has been organised by a dedicated team of local creatives and food bloggers who are Danni @mindfulmixology_uk, Zena at @love_norwich_food, Jordan @expawingnorfolk, Becky @girl_in_norwich, Stevie @feedingstevie, Angelic @artbyangelicatobit and Lee @myhandyguide. 

Stevie Ward said: "We are currently spoilt for choice with small businesses in Norwich, but we also know that if we don’t use them we lose them.

A portion of the profits will be donated to The Burnt Chef Project, which supports people with mental health issues in the hospitality industry.
